The simple rules for playing Tropic Tumble: Island Voyage.
Playing the game
Tropic Tumble: Island Voyage is made by JPott Studios. By playing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play. The game is for players aged 13 and older. If you are younger than the age of consent where you live, ask a parent or guardian first.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play the game on your own phone for fun. Please do not copy it, take it apart, sell it, or use it for business.
Coins, Pearls and other game items
Coins, Pearls, recipes, ships and other items are pretend things that live in the game. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or traded for money. If you buy Pearls or other items, you buy the right to use them in the game. Once they are given they cannot be returned, except where the store's refund rules or the law say otherwise.
Purchases and Captain's Club
Purchases go through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Captain's Club is a monthly subscription that renews each month until you cancel it in your store account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the benefits until the end of the month you paid for. For refunds, ask the store that took the payment.
Optional reward videos
Watching a video is always your choice. Closing a video early gives no reward. We may change how many videos you can watch in a day.
Being kind
Choose a friendly captain name. We may refuse names that are rude or that use someone else's name. Please do not try to cheat the store or the game, do not buy, sell or share accounts, and do not try to break it.
Your game and changes
Your game is saved on your phone. If your phone is lost or reset, the game may be lost too, unless your phone's own backup kept it or you signed in and saved it online. Signing in is optional. We may update the game, fix problems, change or remove features (including saving online), or change prices for new purchases.
No promises
We work hard to make the game steady and fun, but it is given "as is". To the most the law allows, JPott Studios is not responsible for lost game progress or for indirect harm from playing. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
Ownership
The game, its pictures, music, words and characters belong to JPott Studios or its partners. Your captain name stays yours, but you let the game show it to you.
